Our parks and community spaces are where Tukwila comes together. I’ll continue supporting efforts to keep these areas clean, safe, and welcoming for all — because everyone deserves access to nature, play, and connection.
Balanced Growth and Affordability
As Tukwila grows, we must make sure longtime residents and new families alike can afford to live and thrive here. That means protecting housing affordability, supporting local businesses, and planning for growth in a way that respects our neighborhoods.
A Healthier Environment and Smarter Infrastructure
I support the ongoing Environmental Impact Study to find a better truck route — one that’s safer, more efficient, and less disruptive to our neighborhoods. With my background in environmental stewardship and policy, I’ll work with all stakeholders to find real, sustainable solutions.
Public Safety that Works for Everyone
While on council, I helped lead initiatives that reduced crime along International Boulevard by 25% — without overextending our police. I believe in smart public safety that builds trust, focuses on prevention, and ensures all neighborhoods feel secure.
Safer Streets, Stronger Neighborhoods
I helped launch traffic calming programs across Tukwila to reduce speeding and make our streets safer. I’ll continue to prioritize neighborhood safety, especially for children, seniors, and pedestrians.
